Service Terms and Conditions

1. Full payment is required prior to departure
2. 50% deposit upon confirmation
3. No smoking or alcohol permitted on our vehicles
4. No overloading of buses will be permitted
5. The company is not responsible or liable for any loss of personal belongings
6. Driver’s accommodation and meals per day included on the prices for overnights trips
7. In the event whereby coach/vehicle being cancelled in the day of departure no refund will be given to a client
8. 50 % 7 days Prior depature,75% cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled within 48 hours prior to date of departure
9.When booking for a specific destination extra will be charged if the kilometres are exceeded
10. Tips or Gratuity is not included in the total price
11. Private tours include still water onboard
